Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Ezywear products! If the size isn't right or you want to swap for a different color to match your saree, we make exchanges fast and simple.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

• Request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
• Due to hygiene standards, shapewear and slips tried directly on bare skin without inner garments cannot be accepted for refund.

How to Initiate an Exchange / Return

1. WhatsApp our customer care team at +91 98199 78817 or email support@ezywear.in with your Order ID and photos.
2. Our courier partner will arrange a reverse pickup from your address within 48 hours.
3. Once inspected, your replacement item will be dispatched immediately, or refund credited to your original payment method / UPI within 3 to 5 business days.
